1 to 2 years in hospitality, event planning, and/or event sales
2+ years in a customer service role
Proficient in various computer systems
Vast knowledge of Google products such as G-mail, Googl Drive, etc.
Rapid response to e-mail, texts, and calls
Ability to attend and participate in team meetings with notice
Ability to idealize memorable event concepts
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Brand awareness for various luxury food brands
An eye or presentation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
High level of organization
A working knowledge of event operations and logistics planning
A strong desire to have fun!
Business Development Manager
Work with CEO and the agency team to develop and implement market leading agency products and services
Assist CEO to support business development, strategic initiatives and new product ideas for the agency and sales business
Review, analyze, evaluate and improve the sales products and go-to-market strategy based on clients insight and market trends
Collaborate and liaise with cross-functional teams in the development of business strategy and monetize product ideas
Build increased collaboration between sales, media, data and retail team to initiate innovative ways to identify new revenue opportunities
Help to refine and improve agency processes and operation efficiency
Help to support agency administration work such as updating case studies, portfolio, data base and pitch decks
2+ years of experience in media, advertising and creative industry
Experienced in managing the business and product development process
Demonstrated ability to think globally and strategically
Experience in coordinating various parties and leading projects to meet the deadlines
Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory
Excellent analytical, problem solving, strategic thinking, organization and multi-tasking skills
Global perspective, able to scale the sales products into multiple locations around the world

Social Media Intern
The main responsibility is supporting the teams as Account Assistants by helping manage clients and social media accounts. Ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial at heart, as he/she should not be afraid to take the initiative. Ideal candidate MUST be responsible and timely.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, responsible, and wants to be a key member of a growing entrepreneurial company. We’re really looking for someone who can do it all and add to the value of VOEU. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, can juggle multiple projects at once, and has an eye for excellent social content. This is an unpaid internship with flexible hours during the week.
Essential Job Functions
Assist in creating social media strategies and posts.
Assist with increasing social media engagement.
Produce and analyze multiple social media accounts’ reports using in house tools.
Monitor and assist the teams in day-to-day management of accounts.
Candidates should be an incoming Junior or Senior undergraduate or graduate student working towards a BA in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Graphic Design Intern
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized individual, who will be passionate about developing and delivering best-in-class design solutions. This person will manage their daily workload with accuracy and attention to detail. They will keep the Creative Manager informed and be able to pivot quickly to support the demands of the business.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or a recent graduate in Graphic Design or related field
One to two years experience in graphic design
Willingness to wear multiple hats and complete different tasks
Fluent in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Dreamweaver
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus
Experience with Final Cut Pro 7
